Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Trianon Music Group will be held on:

3. Adoption of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September 2018

6. Treasurer’s report including receiving and adopting the accounts for the financial year 1st May 2018 to 30th April 2019
7. To consider and adopt the recommendation of the Management Committee that subscriptions for the financial year commencing 1st August 2020 should be increased as follows :-
Members and Friends full rate £24 (currently £21)
Reduced rate, full time education or in receipt of relevant benefits £18 (currently £15)
Family rate for members of the same household £40 (currently £35)

9. To consider the recommendation of the Management Committee that P J Keeble ACMA CGMA FFA FFTA, 5 The Cambria, Key Street, Ipswich be appointed as Independent Examiner for the financial year 2019 to 2020

There will be an opportunity to raise questions following all reports.
