The Trianon Music Group’s Community Concert thrills audience and raises over £1,800 for Save the Children

The stunning Palm Court of Harvest House, Felixstowe was filled with a total capacity audience on Saturday 18 May, who were delighted and captivated by Trianon’s recent community concert.

Strings Classics by the Sea featured works by Elgar, Holst, Delius, Bach and others, with players from Trianon’s Symphony Orchestra being conducted by their Artistic Director Emeritus Professor Chris Green OBE. In addition, there were guitar solos by a very talented and assured local teenager, Kea Emina.

The concert was in aid of Save the Children Fund, whose local organisers were thrilled to raise £1,820.72 for the charity’s vital projects.

We would like to thank The Manager, Directors and Residents, for their support.  Also, to all the staff at Felixstowe Card Centre for their sterling work in selling tickets.

“Sea Fever” is Trianon’s next concert in the Snape Maltings Concert Hall on 14 September, the programme has been designed to celebrate 200 years if the RNLI, and local solicitors Smith and Co are sponsors.  Tickets are already on sale Buy Tickets, or via Snape maltings directly.
