Notes for rehearsals:
- Please remember to send back your commitment slip as soon as possible and certainly by the due date. It cuts Trianon costs in telephone calls which saves the Secretaries time and trouble.
- Please check with the Trianon website for any unforeseen changes or updates.
- TMG will be providing tea and coffee, please bring your own mug to reduce the use of paper cups.
- The rehearsal venues will be well ventilated so please bring extra layers.
- The wearing of face coverings is not required but should you feel you wish to, for your own or others’ protection, please do so as you enter the building, during the break, or as you leave.
- Please only use 2B or 3B pencils to markup music.
- Orchestral players – please bring your own music stand to rehearsals.
- In the event of adverse weather predictions, please check the Trianon website or phone 01473 658387, 01394 278161 or 01728 860479.
Rushmere Hall Primary School IP4 3EJ is in Lanark Rd. Approach via Sidegate Lane West heading past Northgate School. There is plenty of car parking.
Cauldwell Hall Road Baptist Church IP4 4QG is in Cauldwell Hall Road. There is parking at the rear of the church and overflow at St John’s C of E Church opposite.
Northgate School Performing Arts Centre IP4 3DF is in Sidegate Lane West, and parking is available.
Ipswich Corn Exchange IP1 1DH, parking arrangements for the Saturday morning rehearsal will be advised at rehearsals.
Concert dress:
Choir and Orchestra Ladies – black trousers or long skirts, and plain bright coloured tops
Choir and Orchestra Men – all black with plain coloured bow ties
